Contending that he was entitled to have his status determined in deportation proceedings, Shrikishan Hiralal Joshi, an alien, appeals from the denial of an application for a writ of habeas corpus in which he challenged a decision of the Board of Immigration Appeals upholding his exclusion from the United States.
