STOREY, Justice.

Charles W. Hott, the buyer, sued Pearcy/Christon, Inc., the seller, for specific performance of a land sales contract. Pearcy/Christon counterclaimed to quiet title to its land asserting lack of consideration for its agreement to convey. Hott pleaded estoppel in defense to the counterclaim, and alternatively, sought damages for breach of contract and fraud in the inducement. Hott appeals from summary judgment granted Pearcy/Christon claiming error...
