This declaratory judgment complaint asks that the sale of certain products be declared to not infringe on any of defendant's rights with respect to trade dress or product designators. Defendant counterclaims alleging that plaintiff's trade dress and use of certain product designators constitute trademark infringement under the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1125 and 1126, common law unfair competition, and copyright infringement...
