Defendant was convicted of receiving stolen property with a value of more than $150.00, a violation of § 570.080, RSMo. 1978.1 He was sentenced to 90 days in the St. Louis Medium Security Institution, but the trial court suspended execution of sentence and placed defendant on two years probation. He appeals. We find no merit to his contentions...
