In September, 1979, respondent Raymond C. Pico attempted to purchase a 1956 Thunderbird automobile from the defendant below, Ron Campbell, dba "Elco Sales and Leasing." When the sale was completed, Pico was given a "Retail Buyer's Order and Invoice" as a bill of sale.
