Plaintiff, Steven Young, I, was the former program director of Central Louisiana Legal Services, Inc. (CLLS), the defendant herein. On April 21, 1981, the plaintiff was allegedly removed from his position by the Board of Directors of CLLS. Young thereafter filed this suit seeking reinstatement to his former position and recovery of back pay.
