DECKER, C.J.

James Brennan appeals from a judgment holding sec. 111.70 (4) (jm), Stats., which governs arbitration for the Milwaukee Police Department, to be constitutional. Brennan contends that the statute violates his equal protection rights, as well as Wis. Const. art. IV, secs. 31 (9) and 32 which prohibit special laws and require general laws to be uniform statewide. We agree with the trial court that no such violation...
