Appellants, North Houston Pole Line Corp., et al., appeal an automobile accident personal injury judgment against them in favor of appellee, Terry McAllister. The trial court submitted issues to the jury on actual damages and punitive damages, including an issue on the gross negligence of North Houston Pole Line Corp.
