Appellant Anna Doe's claim under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (Supp. IV 1980) against the Catholic Home Bureau ("the Bureau") comes before this court for the second time. On the first appeal, we reversed the judgment entered on the jury verdict for the defendant Bureau and remanded the case for a new trial because the jury instructions were misleading...
