NYE, Chief Justice.

This is a partnership dispute. Larry Rose sued his former partners, Paul G. Veale, Sr., Paul G. Veale, Jr., Gary W. Gibson, and James H. Parker, and the continuing partnership, Paul G. Veale and Company, for breach of contract, an accounting and money judgment for sums due him under a written partnership agreement. He also sought declaratory relief as to his right to other sums to become due him in the future under the agreement...
