Wife appeals from an order of the trial court terminating maintenance. She contends that the court incorrectly applied the standard of unconscionability contained in § 14-10-122(1), C.R.S.1973. We affirm.

The parties were married in March 1979 and wife petitioned for dissolution in December 1979. At the April 1981 hearing on permanent orders, husband testified that he was earning $2,574 per month net income as a partner in an engineering...
