Her petition was founded upon an alleged independent contract between the parties, which provided among other things for appellant, Stephen Linehan, to pay appellee alimony of $5,000.00 at $100.00 per month for five years at no interest. Appellant alleged that the alimony provision was part of a stipulation that merged into the decree and was modifiable...
