Defendant was charged with two counts of criminal sale of dangerous drugs in the District Court, Lincoln County. Defendant pled not guilty at her arraignment on October 5, 1981. On February 5, 1982, defendant changed her plea to guilty to the charge in count two of the information and count one was dismissed pursuant to a plea bargain with the Lincoln County Attorney's Office.
