Defendant, Thomas Cera, was charged by information with one count of sale of a narcotic drug. He later pled guilty to the charge of obtaining narcotic drugs by fraud, and the first count of sale of a narcotic drug was dismissed. On August 13, 1981, defendant was sentenced to a two-year term of probation, at which time the court stated: "If there is restitution due, we can take it up at a later date and I will add that as a condition of probation."
