In this matter the plaintiffs, R.G.C. Investments, Inc., and Ronald G. Cheek, filed suit against Don Almerico, an attorney, and his professional liability insurer, National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Plaintiffs sought damages for Almerico's alleged negligence in representing them in a rezoning matter.
