This is an appeal from a decision of the bankruptcy appellate panel, 24 B.R. 609 (Bkrtcy.1982), affirming an order of the bankruptcy court that authorizes Coastal Cable T.V., Inc. to sell for about $3 million its major asset, a cable television license.
