In January of 1975, the various Airlines operating at the New Orleans Airport brought suit against the City of New Orleans, Moon Landrieu (then mayor of New Orleans), the New Orleans Aviation Board, Paul Stoulig (Director of the New Orleans Aviation Board), and Host International (the concession lessee at the airport). The Airlines sought to enjoin the Aviation Board from carrying out an amendment of the terms of the Board's July 1, 1970 lease agreement...
