SHIELDS, Judge.

Peggy Ann Taylor appeals her convictions by the court of Assisting a Criminal, a class A misdemeanor, I.C. 35-44-3-2 (Burns Code Ed., Repl. 1979), and Criminal Conversion, a class A misdemeanor, I.C. 35-43-4-3 (Burns Code Ed., Repl. 1979). She raises the issue whether the evidence is sufficient to sustain the convictions.

Judgment reversed in part and affirmed in part.
