This is an appeal from the Circuit Court of Oktibbeha County wherein Bobby Ree Evans, appellant, was indicted, tried and convicted for the January 8, 1982, armed robbery of Pearl Johns, an employee of the Factory Outlet and Frame and Gift Shop in Starkville, Mississippi.
