This is an appeal by writ of error from a default judgment in a divorce case wherein the appellant contends that service was improper and that the trial court therefore acquired no jurisdiction over him. On May 23, 1978, Eva Travieso filed an original petition for divorce in the District Court of Wilson county. Citation was issued for service upon her then husband, Tommy L. Travieso, on May 24, 1978.
