OPINION

SINGLETON, Judge.

John Shaw was convicted of first-degree misconduct involving weapons, a class C felony. AS 11.61.200(a). He was sentenced as a third felony offender to a three-year presumptive term. AS 12.55.125(e)(2). He appealed the sentence contending that it was excessive. We vacated the sentence and remanded for further findings regarding alleged mitigating factors and Shaw's request that the case be referred to a three-judge sentencing panel...
