OPINION

CLINTON, Judge.

In a jury trial appellant was found guilty of burglary of a building. The jury found an enhancement allegation true and assessed punishment at confinement for ten years.

Appellant contends that evidence obtained in an inventory search of his automobile was inadmissible because his arrest was illegal. The facts and circumstances surrounding the arrest and ensuing search and seizure appear in the record by way of a stipulation...
