This matter is before the Court on Nicholas James Romano's petition for a writ of habeas corpus filed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. Romano claims in his petition that the Honorable Dean Whipple, a Missouri state judge in Laclede County, Missouri, abused his discretion by revoking Romano's probation.
