("Buck") wrongfully refused to hire Victor Griffin ("Griffin") as an actuarial trainee on account of his race, in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (the "Act"), as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., 551 F.Supp. 1385.
