KRAVITCH, Circuit Judge:

The defendants, Gonzalez, Sanchez and Garcia, were convicted by a jury of conspiracy to knowingly and intentionally import marijuana into the United States in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 952(a) and 963. The government's case primarily consisted of testimony by DEA agents who had posed as marijuana "offloaders." The agents were part of a long-term undercover operation known as Operation Grouper...
