This is an appeal by Onetia Fluellen and Napoleon Fluellen, plaintiffs in the trial court, from the granting of a summary judgment against them in favor of Ivy Young, a defendant in the trial court, and from a take nothing judgment which was rendered against them and in favor of Barbara Gomez, also a defendant in the trial court.
