Petitioner Maurice Vaster appeals from his convictions for first degree rape and first degree robbery while armed with a deadly weapon. The Court of Appeals affirmed his convictions, rejecting petitioner's contention that the inadvertent destruction of a seminal fluid sample violated his due process rights. We affirm the Court of Appeals.
