This is an employee's original petition for compensation under the Workers' Compensation Act alleging that the employee was disabled as a result of pulmonary asbestosis. The trial commissioner denied and dismissed the petition. The full Workers' Compensation Commission (the commission) reversed the decree of the trial commissioner and granted the employee's petition.
