PER CURIAM.

This is a disciplinary proceeding wherein the Disciplinary Board (the board) has found "beyond a reasonable doubt" that the respondent attorney has violated the provisions of the following disciplinary rules:

1. DR 1-102(A)(1) (which provides that a lawyer shall not violate a disciplinary rule). 2. DR 1-102(A)(6) (which provides that a lawyer shall not engage in any other conduct that adversely reflects on his fitness...
