The defendant, Leonard Levester Mosley, was convicted of armed robbery and assault with intent to commit first degree murder. He was sentenced to a term of 10 years in the State penitentiary for the armed robbery conviction, and to a term of 20 years for the assault with intent to commit first degree murder conviction.
