BROOKSHIRE, Justice.

This is an appeal from an order revoking probation. The appellant pleaded guilty before the Court on August 29, 1980, to the offense of burglary of a habitation and was assessed punishment at five (5) years in the Texas Department of Corrections with probation granted for the period of five (5) years and a fine in the amount of One Thousand and No/100 ($1,000.00) Dollars.
