This is an interlocutory appeal under D.C. Code § 23-104 (1981), from a pretrial order suppressing incriminating statements made by the appellee, Mr. Clark, at the time of his arrest for suspected drunken driving, as well as the results of two breathalyzer tests obtained after his arrest.
