The petitioner, Merrell N. Cook, brings this original proceeding under C.A.R. 21 to compel the Weld County District Court to grant his petition for leave to proceed in forma pauperis. The district court denied the petition because the relief requested in the tendered complaint is within the jurisdiction of the county court.
