Respondent determined deficiencies in petitioner's Federal income taxes for the fiscal years ending May 31, 1973, and May 31, 1974, in the amounts of $2,233 and $23,107, respectively. In an amended answer, he alleges that for the fiscal year ended May 31, 1974, there should be an increase in deficiency of $15,137 over the amount set forth in the notice of deficiency.
