OPINION

WARD, Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction for murder. The court assessed punishment at twenty years imprisonment. We affirm.

The primary issue in this case was insanity and whether such condition was produced by voluntary or involuntary drug intoxication. The first trial of this cause was without jury. Appellant was convicted, but a new trial was granted due to the intoxication issue. A second jury trial resulted in a hung jury....
