REID v. STATE

No. 82-558.

444 So.2d 975 (1983)

David L. REID, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District.

Rehearing Denied February 23, 1984.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Joseph S. Karp of Bernstein, Narkier, Sharff, Monchick & Karp, West Palm Beach, for appellant.

Paul H. Zacks, Asst. State Atty., Ft. Lauderdale, and David Wolpin, County Atty., West Palm Beach, for appellee.

PER CURIAM.

David L. Reid was duly convicted of criminal offenses upon trial by jury. He appeals and presents eight appellate points. We have carefully considered the assertions, singly and jointly, in light of the briefs and oral argument. We are firmly of the opinion that no reversible error has been committed. Moreover, we feel that the points are of such nature as to not require a detailed analysis.
