OPINION

CANTU, Justice.

This is an appeal from the granting of specific performance of an earnest money contract for the sale of a residence located in Bexar County, Texas. The suit was brought by Larry D. Etter as buyer on the contract when appellant, one of the sellers, refused to perform. When appellant repeatedly refused to appear for her scheduled deposition, a motion for sanctions was filed by appellee Etter, and a default judgment and other sanctions...
