Upon suit by the trustee in bankruptcy, the bankruptcy court for the Western District of North Carolina found a conveyance of property from a debtor to his wife, in exchange for the release of marital rights of support and inheritance, to be fraudulent and voidable under 11 U.S.C. § 548. This appeal is from the district court's judgment affirming the bankruptcy court. We vacate in part and remand for further factual development...
