OPINION

BUSSEY, Presiding Judge:

The appellant, David Wayne Grubb, Jr., was convicted in Tulsa County District Court, Case No. CRF-80-2642, of Robbery by Force, was sentenced to seven and one-half (7 1/2) years' imprisonment, and he appeals.
