CRIST, Judge.

Appeal from jury conviction of robbery in the first degree, § 569.020, RSMo.1978, for which defendant was sentenced to twentyfive years imprisonment. We affirm.

Defendant was convicted of robbing a Labadie, Missouri grocery store with the aid of a gun. There were two accomplices in a waiting car while defendant robbed the store.

Defendant maintains he should be set free because of a violation...
