The Nagawicka Island Corporation wants to put a private home on an island it owns in Lake Nagawicka. The island is approximately two acres and is zoned A-1 Agricultural by the City of Delafield. The A-1 zoning ordinance requires a minimum lot area of three acres before any building can take place.
