DODSON, Justice.

In this case, the jury convicted the appellant of first degree murder on a charge by information and assessed his punishment at confinement for a period of fifty years. Seeking reversal, he brings six grounds of error. By the first three grounds, he challenges the prosecutrix's in-court identification of him, alleging that the pre-trial identification procedure (hypnosis of the prosecutrix) violated his due process rights under the United States Constitution...
