DOYLE, Justice.

This is an appeal from an order dismissing with prejudice an action for seizure and intended forfeiture of an automobile filed pursuant to art. 4476-15, §§ 5.03-5.08, Tex. Rev.Civ.Stat.Ann. (Vernon Supp.1982).
