HUGHES, Justice.

Appellant, Jefferson Lawrence White, was convicted by a jury of the offense of reckless driving. Tex.Rev.Civ.Stat.Ann. art. 6701d, § 51. The trial court assessed a fine of $200.00 as punishment.
