State, 420 So.2d 404 (Fla. 1st DCA 1982), which expressly and directly conflicts with a decision of another district court of appeal. State v. Vanyo, 417 So.2d 1104 (Fla. 4th DCA 1982). We have jurisdiction. Art. V, § 3(b)(3), Fla. Const.
