The Bank of Crystal Springs, appellant, filed suit in the Circuit Court of Hinds County against First National Bank of Jackson, appellee, to recover $15,020.94 alleged due by virtue of a certificate of deposit drawn on appellee. The case was tried without a jury upon a comprehensive stipulation of facts and the testimony of four witnesses.
