Plaintiff Johnnie F. Turpen filed this suit alleging that Defendant Missouri-Kansas-Texas Railroad Company (hereinafter "M-K-T") refused to make a reasonable accommodation of his religious beliefs in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-2(a)(1) and 42 U.S.C. § 2000e(j).
