De Urdanavia (Mrs. De Urdanavia or appellee) sued Jack Roach Ford (appellant) and Ford Motor Company under the Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA) for damages sustained as a result of alleged breaches of express and implied warranties and alleged misrepresentations surrounding the purchase of an automobile from Jack Roach Ford. Judgment was entered that Mrs. De Urdanavia take nothing in her action against Ford Motor Company...
