Defendant, Donald Tate (appellant herein), was convicted in a jury trial of forcible rape, § 566.030, RSMo (Supp.1982); forcible sodomy, § 566.060, RSMo (Supp.1982); burglary in the first degree, § 569.160, RSMo (1978); and two counts of robbery in the first degree, § 569.020, RSMo (1978).
