OPINION

SINGLETON, Judge.

Ilir Alili was convicted of possession of cocaine. Former AS 17.10.010. He challenges his conviction on two grounds. He contends that the trial court erred in failing to dismiss the indictment, and in refusing to suppress his statement to police. We reverse.
